摘要
采用薄层扫描法测定了齿痛膜中没食子酸的含量，结果表明没食子酸点样量在0．262～2．62μg之间呈良好的线性关系，回归方程Y=3．617×10^6X-158．191，相关系数r为0．9977，平均回收率为99．03％，RSD为2．94%。该方法简便，专属性强，重现性好。
A dual Wavelength TLC scanning technique was developed for the determination of Gallic Acid in Chitong Medicinal membranes. Results gave a liner concentration range of 0. 262 - 2. 62μg. Regression equation of Y = 3. 617 × 106X-158.191,correlation coefficient r = 0.9977,average recovery is 99.03%,RSD=2.94%. This method is simple and reproducible.
