摘要
目前,国内外制备纳米陶瓷材料BaTiO3的主要方法是固相烧结法、液相合成法等,针对液相合成方法存在的问题,着重介绍了较为先进的超重力沉淀法;并分析了各种制备工艺的特点与不足.液相合成方法包括溶胶-凝胶法、水解法、水热合成法和化学沉淀法,分析比较了各种制备方法的优缺点.
Currently, the domestic and international system of nano-meter ceramic BaTiO3 powder preparation has main methods including solid-state reaction methods and liquid phase synthesis methods etc. Aiming at the problem of liquid phase synthesis methods, the advanced high gravity reactive precipitation was introduced emphatically. And the characteristics of the craft and shortage were analyzed. Liquid phase synthesis methods included sol-gel method, hydrolyzed method, synthesized method in heat water and chemical precipitation method. The merit and shortcoming of all these methods were analyzed and compared in the paper.
