摘要
重点研究了草酸盐沉淀法液相制备钛酸钡细粉的过程中温度对粉体的影响,确定了合理的反应条件和煅烧制度,并用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重、粒度分析手段对实验结果进行测试表征,制备出了性能较优良的钛酸钡粉体。
The influence of temperture on preparing BaTiO3 powder was study in detail, and then the reaction reasonable condition and sinter system were confirmed. XRD, heat heavy analysis and granularity analysis were used to study the experiment results, and fine performance BaTiO3 powder were obtained.
