摘要
以钛酸丁酯、冰醋酸、无水乙醇、醋酸钡和醋酸镍为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Ni/BaTiO3催化剂前驱体,前驱体在700℃煅烧2h即可得纳米Ni/BaTiO3催化剂,用DTA考察了前驱体分别在空气和氮气中的分解过程,分析了TEM和激光粒度仪测定粒径时产生误差的可能原因。初步考察了Ni/BaTiO3催化剂对CH4-CO2重整制合成气反应的活性。
The precursor of Ni/BaTiO_3 Catalyst is prepared by sol-gel method with titanate, absolute alcohol, glacial acetic acid,barium acetate and nickel acetate as starting materials. Nanometer Ni/BaTiO_3 catalyst is prepared by calcinating the precursor at 700 ℃ for 2 h. DTA has been carried out to study the thermal decomposition process of the precursor in atmosphere and in nitrogen. Reasons for the difference in particle sizes measured by TEM and laser particle sizer are described. The performance of Ni/BaTiO_3 catalyst in the reaction of CO_2 reforming CH_4 to syngas is investigated preliminarily.
