摘要
介绍了溶液反应法制取钛酸钡(BaTiO3)的工艺,对主要的工艺条件进行了探讨,并用BaTiO3微粉制备了PTC陶瓷和压电点火陶瓷,测试了有关电性能。结果表明,这种BaTiO3微粉具有纯度高、结构均匀、组成准确的特点。PTC陶瓷和压电陶瓷都具有较好的性能。
This paper reported a process for preparing BaTiO 3 powder using solution reaction method. The factors affecting the technological conditions were investigated. Meanwhile, the PTC ceramics and the piezoelectric ceramic igniters were produced by the resultant BaTiO 3 powder, and their electric properties were also tested. The results indicated that the BaTiO 3 powder obtained by this method has high purity, uniform distribution and accurate chemical composition. The PTC ceramics and piezoelectric ceramics both have good performances.
