化学共沉淀法制备BaTiO_3陶瓷粉体及煅烧温度对粉体形貌的影响 被引量:1

摘要  采用化学共沉淀法制得了BaTiO3陶瓷粉体.借助热分析仪(DSC)分析了共沉淀产物的热分解过程,确定了共沉淀产物的煅烧温度范围,采用三个不同煅烧温度煅烧得到BaTiO3粉体.并借助扫描电镜(SEM)观察粉体形貌,研究了不同煅烧温度对粉体形貌的影响.结果表明,通过控制工艺条件成功地制备了粒度不超过250nm的球形BaTiO3粉体,且随煅烧温度升高粉体粒度增大. BaTiO_3 ceramic powder was synthesized through chemical coprecipitation process. The decomposition process of coprecipitated product was analyzed by means of differential scanning ceremony(DSC), then the calcining was carried through under three different temperatures and BaTiO_3 powder was obtained. The morphology of the particles was observed by means of scanning electron microscopy and the influence of calcining temperature to particle's morphology was studied. The results indicate that through controling the process, BaTiO_3 powder was successfully prepared whose mean size is smaller than 250nm, and the particle mean size largens with the increasing of calcining temperature.
