摘要
目的探讨应激肽在不同低氧条件下Wistar大鼠体内的含量变化,为判断机体对低氧的习服有一定参考价值。方法采集不同低氧条件下大鼠血清,检测应激肽含量,放免方法检测ALD、Ang含量。结果在模拟不同海拔高度下的低压氧舱内的大鼠应激肽含量分别为(143.5±31.7)(、153.3±36.9)、(156.3±37.8)(、144.8±31.3)mg/L,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在不同低氧条件下Wistar大鼠体液中发现低氧应激肽,应激肽含量对机体与低氧环境的适应有一定的参考价值。
Objective To try to resereh the changes of the hypoxia stress petide (HSP) in Wistars rats at tile hypoxia enviroment,and to judgement acclimatization for tile hypoxia. Methods The serum of the Wistars rats at the normal and hypoxia condition were collected,the HSP was detected and the ALD and the Angiotensin was detected with the RIA.Results The content of the HSP were ( 143.5 ± 31.7 ), ( 153.3 ± 36.9 ), ( 156.3 ± 37.8 ), ( 144.8 ± 31.3 ) mg/L, there was significant difference between tile groups of the normal and the hypoxia. Conclusion The HSP was existed in hypoxic rat,there was valuable for the HSP to adaptation hypoxia enviroment.
