暴露高原不同时间人体血清应激肽和心肌酶改变 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨进驻高原不同时间人体血清应激肽和心肌酶变化的规律与低氧环境的相关性。方法 平原对照组 3 0例 ,驻成都某部汉族新兵 ,年龄 18~ 2 0岁 ,均未入过藏 ;进藏 3d组 3 0例 ,为从成都空运至拉萨 (海拔 3 65 8m )的汉族新兵 ,年龄 18~ 2 0岁 ,皆为首次入藏 ;移居高原组 3 0例 ,为驻拉萨某部老兵 (驻拉萨 1年左右 ) ,汉族 ,年龄 19~ 2 2岁 ;世居高原组 3 0例 ,拉萨市某中学高三学生 ,藏族 ,年龄 17~ 2 0岁 ;所有受检者均为健康男性。分别检测各组血清低氧应激肽和心肌酶含量 ,并与平原对照组作对比分析。结果 进藏第 3天血清低氧应激肽、CK、LDH、HBDH较平原对照组显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,移居高原组与平原对照组比较 ,其血清应激肽水平和AST、CK、LDH、HBDH活性显著增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;而移居高原组与进藏 3d组比较 ,其血清应激肽水平显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,而血清CK、LDH、HBDH活性无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,世居高原组血清CK、LDH、HBDH活性显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;世居高原组与平原对照组血清应激肽水平无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但藏族世居高原组血清应激肽水平显著低于汉族进藏 3d组 (P <0 .0 1)和汉族移居高原组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,世居高原组血清CK、LDH、HBDH活性显著低于移居高原组 ( Objective To investigate the changes and correlation with hypoxemic environment of stress peptide and myocardial enzyme in serum in recruits after exposing the high altitude.Methods The samples are divided into 4 groups:1st group (the plain,n=30),2nd group(the 3rd day,n=30),3rd group(the emigrant,n=30)and 4th group(the native,n=30).The levels of AST,LDH,HBDH,CK,and stress peptide in their serum were determined.Independent-Samples T test were used to analyze statistically.Results It was found that significant increase of the levels of stress peptide,AST,LDHand HBDH in the 2nd group and the 3rd group compared with those in the 1st group.The levels of stress peptide decreases significantly in the 3rd group compared with those in the 2nd group.No significant differences were observed in the levels of stress peptide between the 1st group and the native group.Conclusions The changes of stress peptide and enzyme in serum in recruits ascending plateau quickly might be associated with these factors,including hypoxia,low pressure and so on.
