摘要
将实验大鼠分别置于模拟5000和8000m海拔高度的低压仓内7d,观察两种减压低氧对大鼠左心功能及左心室肌肌浆网(SR)钙摄取及Ca^(2+)-ATP酶活性的影响。结果表明,5000m低氧大鼠左心功能抑制程度明显轻于8000m低氧,SRCa^(2+)-ATP酶活性及^(45)Ca^(2+)摄取降低程度也明显低于8000m低氧,ATP酶和钙摄取的变化基本一致。从而推论,心肌SRCa^(2+)-ATP酶活性及^(45)Ca^(2+)摄取的改变可能是心功能变化的病理生理基础之一。
Two groups of Wistar rats were exposed to hypoxia at 5000 to 8000m high above the sealevel in a hypobaric chamber for 7 days. The effects of hypoxia on left cardiac function,sar-coplasmic reticulum(SR)Ca2+ ATPase activity and SR calcium uptake were observed.The resuIts indicated that the left ventricular function exposed to hypoxia at 5000m was much higher than that at 8000m.Calcium uptakeand Ca2+ ATPase activity of the exposed groupsdecreased significantly compared with those of the control group,but they were much higher in the exposed group at 5000m than at 8000m. These results suggest that the changes in cal-cium uptake and Ca2+ ATPase activity of SR may be one of the important biochemical indica-tors for cardiac function alterations associated with hypoxia.
