模拟高原低氧对大鼠内皮素和心钠素的影响及中药复方的作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察急进高原和持续低氧对大鼠血浆和心肌匀浆心钠素和内皮素的影响及中药复方的保护作用。方法sD雄性大鼠分为平原对照组、高原低氧1d组、中药干预1d组、高原低氧3d组、中药干预3d组、高原低氧7d组、中药干预7d组。用放射免疫法测血浆和心肌匀浆的心钠素和内皮素。结果①与平原对照组比较,血浆中的ANP含量变化为高原低氧3d组和中药3d组升高(P〈0.01);与高原低氧7d组比较,中药干预7d组心肌匀浆中ANP降低(P〈0.01)。②与平原对照组比较,血浆中的ET含量的变化为高原低氧1d组升高(P(0.01);心肌匀浆中ET含量的变化为中药干预1d组(P〈O.01),高原低氧3d组(P〈0.05),中药干预3d组(P〈0.001),高原低氧7d组(P〈0.01)升高,中药干预7d组大鼠心肌匀浆中的ET则恢复到对照组水平。结论持续性低氧使大鼠血浆ANP和心肌匀浆中ET升高,中药复方参与高原低氧环境中ANP和ET的分泌调节。 Objective To investigate the affect of rush entry into plateau and continuous hypoxia on atrial natriuretic peptide and endothelin, and effect of compound Chinese herbs in rats. Methods SD maleness rats were divided into plain control group, plateau hypoxia 1 day group, the traditional Chinese medicine intervention 1 day group, plateau hypoxia 3 day group, the traditional Chinese medicine intervention 3 day group, plateau hypoxia 7 day group, and the traditional Chinese medicine intervention 7 day group. Atrial natriuretic peptide and endothelin in blood plasma and the cardiac muscle homogenate were measured with radi ty Results (1) Comparing with plain control group, content of atrial natriuretie peptide in plasm increased in plateau hypoxia 3 day group and the traditional Chinese medicine intervention 3 day group (P〈0.01). Comparing with plateau hypoxia 7 day group, atrial natriuretic peptide of cardiac muscle homogenate decreased in the traditional Chinese medicine intervention 7 day group (P〈0.01). (2) Comparing with plain control group, content of endothelin in plasm increased in plateau hypoxia 1 day group (P〈0.01), and content of endothelin in cardiac muscle homogenate increased in the traditional Chinese medicine intervention 1 day group (P〈0.01), plateau hypoxia 3 day group (P〈0.05), the traditional Chinese medicine intervention 3 day group (P〈0.001), plateau hypoxia 7 day group (P〈0.01). Content of endothelin in cardiac muscle homogenate in traditional Chinese medicine intervention 7 day group recovered. Conclusion Endothelin and atrial natriuretic peptide of cardiac muscle homogenate and plasm in rat increase during continuous hypoxia, the compound Chinese herbs participate regulation that secrete during continuous hypoxia.
