摘要
以异烟肼与K3 Fe(CN) 6的氧化还原反应对Luminol K3 Fe(CN) 6的化学发光反应的抑制为基础 ,设计出一种简便、快速、灵敏度高的流动注射抑制化学发光测定异烟肼的新方法。测定线性范围为 1 4× 10 -3 ~5 5 μg·mL-1,检出限为 4 8× 10 -4 μg·mL-1(3σ) ,RSD小于 3 5 % (n =9) ,并对 45种物质进行了干扰试验。本法成功地应用于药剂中异烟肼含量测定 ,回收率为 98 2 %~ 10 1%。本法与DSC法进行了对照 ,结果满意。
A novel flow injection inhibitory chemiluminescence (FI-ICL) system for the determination of isoniazide is presented. while isoniazide mixed with hexacyanoferrate stream, by the fast oxidation reaction between isoniazide and K-3 Fe(CN)(6) K4Fe(CN)(6) was generated, which then inhibit the CL reaction of K3 Fe(CN)6 and luminol. The CL emission was correlated with the isoniazide concentration in the range from 1. 40 X 10(-3) to 5.50 rectangle rectangle mL , the D. L. is 4.8 X 10(-4) ug ml(-1)(3 sigma); and the RSD is less than 3.5 % for 5.5 X 10(-2) mug- mL(-1) isoniazide (n = 9) This system has been applied for the determination of isoniazide in pharmaceutical samples and the recovery is from 98.2 % to 101 %.
