摘要
目的研究近红外光谱法在异烟肼片快速测定中的应用。方法应用偏最小二乘法建立计算模型,通过方差分析法选择计算波长,主成分分析法选择验证集和训练集,交互验证法选择适当的计算因子数。结果应用所建立的偏最小二乘法模型,对9份异烟肼片测定异烟肼含量,与HPLC法相比,所测结果相对误差≤±0.8%,方法准确可靠。结论可将近红外光谱法应用于异烟肼的快速测定,在异烟肼生产中的过程控制和快速质量检测上有较大应用前景。
Objective To investigate the application of near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) on isoniazid tablet determination. Methods Applied partial least squares (PLS)to construct a calibrate model.We used analysis of variance to select suitable wavelength range, used principal component analysis to group the sample as calibration set and validation set,used cross-validation to choose the optimum factors. Results Using the PLS model to determinate 9 isoniazid tablet samples,compared the NIRS results with HPLC,the relative error is less than ±0.8%.h means that this method is accurate. Conlusion It is feasible to applied NIRS on isoniazid tablet rapid determination.There have a good prospect on process control in pharmaceutical industry and rapid quality detection.
