摘要 本实验研究了在不添加任何催化剂的条件下,以冰醋酸为溶剂,用过氧化氢氧化2-甲基萘制取2-甲基-1,4-萘醌的方法。考察了反应温度、反应物起始浓度、2-甲基萘与过氧化氢摩尔比、反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响,得到较优的反应条件为:反应温度为80℃;反应物起始浓度为4.54%;2-甲基萘与过氧化氢摩尔比为1:10;反应时间为4h。在此条件下2-甲基-1,4-萘醌的收率为32.6%。该方法具有无环境污染,技术简单,合成时间短等优点。 Synthesis of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone without catalyst in the acetic acid-H2O2 system by oxidation of 2-methylnaphthalene was researched. The effects of the reaction temperature, initialconcentration of reacting substance, molar ratio of 2-methylnaphthalene to hydrogen peroxide and reaction time on the product yield and conversion rate were investigated. The optimal reactionconditions were that reaction temperature was 80℃, reaction time 4h, molar ratio of 2-methylnaphthalene to hydrogen peroxide l:10 and initial concentration of reacting substance 4.54%. In this conditions, the yield of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone was above 32.6%. This method had the advantages such as no pollution, simple process and shorted productive period.
