摘要
研究了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对产品收率的影响 ,得到的优化反应条件为 :2 -甲基 -1 ,4 -萘醌与亚硫酸氢钠的摩尔比为 1∶1 5 ;水的用量为 2 -甲基 -1 ,4 -萘醌量的 1 5倍 ;乙醇用量为 2 -甲基 -1 ,4 -萘醌量的 3 5倍 ;反应温度为 5 5℃ ;反应时间为 1h .在最佳条件下 ,维生素K3 的收率稳定在 72 5 %以上 ,纯度稳定在 94 %以上 .并用红外光谱对产品进行了验证 .
The effects of the ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, reaction time on the product yield have been investigated. The optimum technology conditions are determined that the reaction took place at 55 ℃ for 1h with the mole ratio of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone and hydrosulfite of sodium=1∶1.5, the weight ratio of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone and water=1∶1.5, of 2-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone and alcohol=1∶3.5. In optimum technological conditions, the yield of VK 3 is above 72.5%, the purity of VK 3 is above 94%. The structure of product is confirmed by IR.
