摘要
1,4-萘醌类化合物是一类重要的精细化工中间体,它被广泛地应用于医药、染料等行业.对1,4-萘醌类化合物的合成进展进行了综述,重点介绍了萘系氧化法和环化合成法.随着人们环保意识的增强和对自身健康的日益重视,在合成技术研究方面,应该注重气相氧化法中高效催化剂的研究以及氧化剂/催化剂体系的综合研究,以开发无污染、选择性高、成本低的萘醌合成技术.
1,4-naphthoquinone compound, which is widely used in pharmaceutical and dyeing industry, is a kind of important fine chemical intermediates. In this paper, the recent progress in the synthesis of these compounds is reviewed, especially the methods of naphthalene oxidation and the special synthesis of benzene ring. With the development of people' s environmental recognition and increasing attention of human health, in synthesis approaches, people should focus on effective catalysts which are used for vapor phase oxidation process and system' s integration about oxidizer and activator, in order to develop environment-friendly, low-cost and efficient techniques.
