摘要
通过多因素优选的正交实验设计法对氧化法制备 2甲基 1 ,4萘醌的影响因素进行了考察 ,得到的优化反应条件为 :2甲萘与 Cr( )氧化液的摩尔比为 1∶ 4 .5;Cr( )的浓度为 2 .875mol/L;氧化液酸值为3 0 % ;相转移剂的质量分数为 0 .0 2 % ;反应温度为 60℃ ;反应时间为 4 h。在最佳条件下 ,进行了反应物料为1 70 0 m L的放大试验 ,2甲基 1 ,4萘醌的最高收率为 62 .5% ,质量分数≥ 98% ,用
The effects of reaction conditions on synthesis of 2methyl1,4naphthoquinone by oxidation of 2methyl naphthalene were investigated by multifactor preferential orthogonal experimental design. The optimum technological conditions were found that reaction temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 4 h, molar ratio of 2methylnaphthalene to Cr(Ⅵ) solution oxide=1∶4.5; 2.875 mol/L Cr(Ⅵ); 30% acidity; w(phase transfer agent)=0.02%. In the enlarge experimentats with 1 700 mL reaction materials, the highest yield of 2methyl1,4naphthoquinone is 62.5%. The product was characterized by IR.
