摘要
本试验通过给父母代种鸡饲喂添加4个梯度剂量Ge-132的饲料,以获取富锗种蛋,将其分为相应的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,另取普通种蛋,设对照第V组;在孵化及育雏期间,观察了有机锗对受精率、孵化率、初生雏的生长发育及其成活率的影响。结果显示:富锗种蛋的受精率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);并对入孵孵化率产生极为显著的影响,第Ⅰ~Ⅳ组均明显高于第Ⅴ组(P<0.01;P<0.05),在育雏期间,第Ⅰ~Ⅳ组的发病率和成活率分别低于和高于对照第Ⅴ组(P<0.05);其中各免疫处理小组的发病率又低于相应的未免疫小组,但其成活率则差异不明显。各组雏鸡在1~4周龄期间的体重和免疫器官重量,未见显著差异(P<0.05),研究结果首次表明:有机锗做为种鸡的饲料添加剂,既可提高种蛋的受精率和人孵孵化率,又能增强子代初生雏鸡的抗病力。为有机锗在养禽业的开发应用,开辟一条新途径。
-Germanium eggs were obtained from parent layers given byoral administration of four terraced doses of carboxyethylgermaniumsesquioxide(Ge-132).The eggs were divided into group Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ , Ⅳ andthe normal eggs were used as control group Ⅴ. The effects of organicgermanium on fertility, hatchability of eggs and browth,diseaseresistance of its chickens were observde during the egg hatchig andthicken brooding.Results showed that the fertility of enriched-germanium eggs was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).And the hatchability of setting eggs of grorp Ⅰ - Ⅳ was significantly higher than that of control grorp Ⅴ (P<0.01;P<0.05) .The mortality and survival rate of group Ⅰ -Ⅳ were lower and higher than those of grorp Ⅴ during the brooding respectively.And the,mortility of immuned grorps was lower than that of non -immuued groups.But the survival rate was not different between the immuned and non -immuned grorps.There were no significant (P>0.05)differences in the changes of boty weight and weight of immune organs in the period of 1-4 weeks. The experimental results first indicated that organic germanium could not only increase the fertility and hatchability of setting eggs but also enchance the diseaseresistan - ce o chickens as a kind of feed additives,which might open a new way for the application of organic germanium to poultry development.
