摘要
本研究的方法是用加入不同量的GeO2的基料栽培凤尾菇,生产出含锗菇,其锗含量可达443.7×10-6;菇收获后,再用其栽培废料1份与普通饲料9份混合,喂养产蛋鸭,获得含锗蛋,其锗含量可达13.56×10-6。此法无机锗一次投料,两次生物转化利用,使锗的利用率和经济效益大为提高,且更安全。
Pleurotus ostreatus is cultivated with hasal manure containing GeO2 and then mushrooms containing germanium up to 443. 7×10-6 is picked. The mushrooms containing germanium (one part) is mixed with common feed (nine parts): then the mixed feed is used to raise ducks. Finally, eggs containing germanium up to 13. 56×10-6 can be gained. The double biological transformation of germanium make it use safely and its economic benefits much higher.
