摘要
本试验通过给父母代蛋鸡饲喂一定剂量Ge-132,获取富锗种蛋并孵化出雏鸡,取180只富锗雏鸡和135S只普通雏鸡随机分成4组和2组,采取饲料中添加Ge-132和MD疫苗接种处理,观察有机锗对雏鸡免疫器官发育的影响,结果显示:富锗雏鸡在30日龄后免疫器官增重明显比普通雏鸡加快,胸腺指数,法氏囊指数和脾脏指数富锗雏鸡各组分别大于普通雏鸡(P<0.05),当饲料中继续添加Ge-132后,这种作用尤为显著(P<0.05):同时对30日龄后雏鸡增重亦呈良好效果。表明有机锗Ge-132作为父母代种鸡及其子代雏鸡饲料添加剂提高鸡体免疫功能是可行的,对养鸡业具有重要意义。
Germanium-riched eggs were obtained from the parent layers fed the somedossg of Ge-132 in diet and hatched with the common eggs under the same conditions,180germanium-riched chickens and 135normal chickens were randomly divided inton four andtwo groups,respectively,which were treated by oral administration of Ge-132 and immuni-ty of Marirek’s disease vaccine The effects of organogermanium on development of immuneorgans in chickens were observed in the experiment.The results showed that the weightgains of immune organs in germanium-riched chickens were more than those in normalchickens after the age of 30 day.The indices of thymus,bursa of Fabricius and spleen of ger-manium-rihed chickens were higher than those of normal chickens.The effects were sig-nificant(P<0.05)when the germanium-riched chickens were fed with diets containingGe-132.Meanwhile,there wer the better effects of organogermanium on liveweight gain ofbody in chickens after the age of 30 day.The results confirmed that it were fensible thatorganogermaniunm as feed additive in parent and filial gerneration layers could enchance im-mune functions,which wer of siginficance in poultry industry.
