摘要
本研究从12株食用酵母中选育出1株酵母(命名为Ge-168)在含锗麦芽汁培养基中培养制成高锗酵母,其菌体含锗量达到810.9ppm,有机化程度达到96.7%,表明以酵母为有机载体能较好地将二氧化锗转化为生物有机锗。菌体含锗量、菌体产量受培养基含锗量、培养温度、时间、pH等参数的影响。驯化可提高菌株富集锗能力。实验室结果提示,含锗量100ppm麦芽汁培养基、pH5.5、温度29~30℃,培养24h是较合适的生产条件。采用黄曲霉毒素B_1诱发大鼠肝癌短期模型观察到锗酵母对黄曲霉毒素B_1诱发肝瘤发生有较好的抑制作用。
ermanium yeast was obtained by growing Saccharomyes
Cerevisiaenamed as Ge-168,which was selected from 12 different strains of foodyeasts,on
maltose medium containing germanium dioxide. The total germ-anium content in yeast reached
810.9 ppm,of which the organic german-ium accounted for 96.7 per cent,suggesting that the
utilization of yeast as organic carrier may be a desirable approach for converting into
bio-germanium.The germanium content in yeast and the yield of dry biomass were affected by
germanium concentration in medium,culturing temper-ature,time and pH, and taming can
enhance the ability of yeast absorb-ing germanium.100ppm germanium in medium、at30℃、
pH5.5、growing for 24 hours were the optimal culturing conditions for germanitim yeast
according to the experimental results.It was also found that germanium yeast was very effective
in preventing the development of hepatocarcio-genesis induced by aflatoxin B_1 using in vivo
short-term test model in rat.
