We do research on high protein power of germanium-enriched yeast. As a new type microorganic protein resourse, it is considered as functional material. Its virtue is that it not only conteins the high nutrition of yeast, but also displays the function of organic-germanium, so the research of high protein power of germanium-enriched yeast will have a good future in food industry.
