摘要
复制了大鼠重症失血性休克模型,用心输出量计算机测定心血管功能。休克1h后心输出量减少78.3%,总外周阻力增加64.4%.注射虎杖4号结晶有中度升压作用;它使休克时增高的外周阻力接近正常;并使减低的心输出量和每搏指数升高一倍左右,但未能完全恢复正常.注射虎杖4号配合输入一半丢失量的血液,可使心搏出量一度恢复到失血前水平.证明在补充血容量基础上应用虎杖4号可明显改善失血性休克心脏和大循环功能.
Variables of cardiac function were measured with a Cardiomax-II-R cardio-out-put computer during an irreversible type of hemorrhagic shock in rats. It was shown that cardiac output was reduced by 73.8 per cent of control level and total peripheral resistance was increased by 64.4 per cent at 1 h after the induction of hypotension. The administration of crystal No. 4 of polygonum cuspidatum (p.c) had the following effects: there was a moderate increase in blood pressure together with a widening of the pulse pressure. The usual increase in total peripheral resistance was blunted and maintained at near normal levels. There was less reduction in the cardiac output and stroke volume index. The latter indices were twofold greater than in the pre-treatment stage, although they were not restored to normal. When treatment was carried out with PC combined with the transfusion of half of the volume of shed blood, cardiac output was restored and heart function was more stable. Our results indicate that the administration of PC in conjunction with blood replacement can improve the function of heart and systemic circulation during hemorrhagic shock.
