摘要
家兔重症失血性休克后1hr,左心室内压最大上升和下降速率(±dp/dtmax)显著下降(P<0.01),分别下降46%和38%,左心室收缩压(LVSP)减少56%,而左室舒张末压(LVEDP)增高157%,说明心肌收缩性能有一定障碍。注入虎杖4号后可使失血性休克时下降的±dp/dtmax和LVSP值回升(P<0.05),并使增高的LVEDP下降(P<0.05),动物存活率明显增加(P<0.01)。
The rats of left ventrcular pressure change was significantly decreased in rabbits 1 hr after hemorrhage (P<0.01), e. g. +dp/dt max value reduced by 46 per cent of per-bleeding level and -dp/dt value by 38 per cent. The left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP) was also decreased by 56 per cent and the left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) was increased by 157 per cent of control value at the same time. These indicated that cardiac contractile function was impaired during hemorrhage shock. The decreased±dp/dt max and LVSP value was raised up(P<0.05)and the increased LVEDPv alue fell down (P<0.05) by the administration of crystal NO 4 of polygonum cuspidatum (P. C) 1 hr after shock in P. C——treated group, which led to significant prolongation of the survival time. (P<0.01).
