摘要
当前高校采购制度和采购行为尚不够完善和规范。因此,建议从设备招标采购的计划管理、过程管理和监督管理等几个方面加强对高校设备招标采购工作的全过程管理。
Nowadays, the purchase system and activities in colleges and universities are not perfect and have not reached specified standards. It is suggested that the equipment bidding and purchase in colleges and universities should be strengthened from three aspects: plan management, process management and supervision management.
