摘要
本文介绍了高校图书馆中文图书实行招标采购的背景,分析了实行招标采购的优越性和存在的问题,并指出了实行招标采购应采取的对策。
This paper describes the background of the bid for the purchase of the Chinese books in the university library, analyzes the superiorities of and the problems in the bid for purchase and gives some solutions to the bid for the purchase of the Chinese books in the university library.
