论述高校图书馆文献资源采访工作的现状和困难,提出了招标作为采访工作新对策的优点和存在问题的研究。
This article discusses the current situation and the difficuties of document resource collection, and brings forward the superiority of the purchase bid, analyzes the existing problem of pruchase bid.
