摘要
从期刊采访的角度出发,重点分析了高校图书馆期刊采购招标的现状和存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出了相关的建议。
Starting from the angle of the periodical acquisitioning, this paper analyzes on the present situation of and the problems existing in the periodical procurement biding of university library, and in the light of these problems, advances some suggestions.
