甲巯咪唑对鼠T细胞亚群及NK细胞杀伤活性的免疫抑制作用研究

摘要 以C57BL/6J小鼠为模型,研究了甲巯咪唑(MMI)对小鼠脾T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞杀伤活性的影响。结果表明,MMI使小鼠血清中甲状腺素T3,T4水平明显降低,使脾T淋巴细胞中L3T4+细胞数量显著减少、Thy1.2+细胞和Lyt2+细胞数量降低、L3/Lyt2比值下降。而且实验鼠脾NK细胞对腹水型S180靶细胞的细胞毒活性明显降低。表明MMI对小鼠的细胞免疫有非特异的免疫抑制作用。 Effects of methimazole (MMI) on the spleen T lymphocytic subsets and NK cell cytotoxic aetivity in C57 BL/6J mouse model were studied. The following results were observed: 1. The level of serum thyroxine T3, T4 were markedly reduced that caused by MMI. 2. The number of L3T4+ cells in the splenic T lymphocyte was decreased. 3. The absolute number of Thy1.2+ and Lyt2+ cells was decreased and the relative ratio in both subsets was come down. It was also revealed that the cytotoxic activity of NK cells on the S180 target cells in ascitis tumour were distinct reduced.It was revealed that there was a nonspecific immunosuppressive effects on the experimenta1 mouse cellular immunity for the MMI.
