摘要
用结核杆菌H37Rv株感染小鼠制备动物模型,在观察感染性小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性的动态变化的同时,观察结核特异性转移因子(TFm·Tb)对感染性小鼠脾脏NK细胞活性的影响。以了解TFm·Tb辅助治疗结核病的免疫作用机制。结果表明:小鼠感染结核毒力菌株后,脾脏NK细胞活性呈现先增强后下降的动态变化,TFm·Tb能增强感染性小鼠的脾脏NK细胞活性。
In order to explain the immunologic mechanism of mycobacterium tuberculosis transfer factor(TFm·Tb)as the subsidary therapeutic agent,an study was designed to obesrve the dynamics of splenic NK activity and the effect of TFm·Tb on the parameter of mice infected with mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv strain as experimental model simultaneously.The result showed that after mice infected with mycobactrium tuberculosis H37Rv strain,the splenic NK activity went up and decreased sequently,TFm·Tb could enchance the NK activity of infected mice.
