摘要
应用免疫学技术研究寿尔康(SEK)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。研究发现SEK经口服给药可明显增加小鼠脾脏及胸腺重量,提高小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,增加ANAE^+淋巴细胞百分率,促进小鼠外周血溶血素的生成和脾脏抗体细胞分泌溶血素的功能,明显增加小鼠体内NK细胞的活性,使cpm值增大;在体外可提高小鼠NK细胞的杀伤活性;并能增加对小鼠体内YAC-1细胞的清除。提示SEK可增强小鼠特异性和非特异性免疫功能,提高NK细胞的杀伤活性。
The effects of SEK on mice's immunologic function have been
studied with immunological techniques.When SEK is given orally,the
weight of the mice's spleen and thymus increase distinctly,the phagocytic
rate and index of the macrophagocytes in the mice's abdominal cavity are
enhanced(P<0.01),the percentage of ANAE^+ lymphocytes increase(P
<0.01),the production of hemolysin in mice peripheral blood,and the
function of the splenic antibody cells in secreting hemolysin are promoted,
the in vivo activity of the mice's NK cells is significantly increased,
the in vitro killing activity of mice's NK cells is also greatly enhanced
and the removal of mice's YAC-1 cells in vivo is accelerated.The study
suggests that SEK can improve both the specific and nonspecific immunolo-
gic function and enhance the killing activity of NK cells.
