摘要
恶性肿瘤患者５２例，分为益气养阴方加化疗组（３０例）及单纯化疗组（２２例）．其治疗前测得Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群各项数值均低于正常健康人组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。中药加化疗组治疗后ＯＫＴ２及ＯＫＴ４明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＯＫＴ４／ＯＫＴ３比值也有提高（Ｐ＜０．０５）．和单纯化疗组对照，有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明恶性肿瘤息者Ｔ淋巴细胞免疫活性普遍低下，经益气养阴方合并化疗后得到改善，提示该复方对人体Ｔ细胞网络有良好的正向调节作用。
Abstract cases of patients with carcinoma were divided into two groups,the group treated with the prescription for the supplementing of vital energy and nourishing Yin,the control group treated only with chemicl therapy in which there were 22 cases.The number of each group of T lymphocyte subgroup was lower than that of normal healthy persons(P<0.01)before treament.The number of OK T3 and OK T4 and ratio of OK T3/OK T3 of the group treated with chinese herbs was markedly increased,and showed singnificant difference compared with control group(P<0.01).
