摘要
为了进一步探讨益气养阴方对晚期癌症患者提高生存质量、延长生存期的作用机理,采用该方对68例气阴两虚型和非气阴两虚型患者进行了治疗,并分别检测了两型患者治疗前后免疫指标的变化。结果表明:益气养阴方具有提高巨噬吞噬细胞活性和巨噬细胞毒效应、增强淋巴细胞转化率、促进 NK 细胞杀伤活性等作用。认为通过以上途径提高免疫监视功能,发挥抗癌效应。为中医辨证分型治疗晚期癌症提供了客观依据。
In order to approach the functional mechanism of improve liver's function and prolonging life lime of tonicing qi and nurishing yin decoction to patients with cancer at the late stage. Patients (68 cases) treated with this decoction,meanwhile determinating the changes of immune indexes.The results showed that the decoction could improve the macrophage activity, macrophage toxic effect,inhence the lymphocyte transfomation rate and improve NKcell activity,etc.So the decoction could improve the immune surveillance function and had anti- cancer effects.This research provided objective basis for the differentiation of syndrome and classfication of type of cancer at the late stage
