摘要
目的:观察自拟益气养阴方联合XELOX方案治疗老年晚期胃癌患者的疗效、生活质量及毒副反应。方法:68例老年晚期胃癌患者随机分为A、B两组,A组应用XELOX方案化疗加用自拟益气养阴方口服,每天一剂,共口服21天。B组单纯使用XELOX方案化疗。28天为一个周期,治疗2周期后评价疗效。结果:A组Karnofsky评分高于B组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A组骨髓抑制情况低于B组,但无显著性差异,胃肠道反应A组较B组有减轻,但无显著性差异。A组有效率为79.4%,B组有效率为67.6%,未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:自拟益气养阴方联合XELOX方案治疗老年晚期胃癌对其有效率无明显影响,但可改善患者生存质量。
ObjectiveTo observe the effect and toxicity of Yiqiyangyin prescription combined with XELOX in the treatment of elderly advanced gastric cancer. Methods ： A total of 68 elderly cases with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was treated with XELOX combined traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）, one dose per day,a total of 21 days. Group B was given XELOX chemotherapy alone,28 days as one cycle. Results：The improvement of KPS score in group A was higher than in group B（P 〈0. 05）. The toxic reaction of blood in group A was milder than in group B,but had no significant difference. The digestive tract adverse reaction in group A and group B also had no significant difference（P 〉0. 05）. The effective rate in group A and group B were 79. 4 % and 67.6% respectively,no significant difference（P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion： Yiqiyangyin prescription combined with XE-LOX could not improve therapeutic effectiveness, but could improve the quality of life in elderly patients with ad-vanced gastric cancer.
