摘要
目的:建立稳定的兔脊髓缺血损伤实验模型,并探讨其科学性。方法:选取日本大耳白兔24只,采用腹膜后入路结扎腰动脉的方法制模后,将动物分为3组(A组:腰动脉结扎脊髓缺血术后1d;B组:腰动脉结扎脊髓缺血术后3d;C组:腰动脉结扎脊髓缺血术后7d)。采用Jacobs法对兔后肢功能评级,Reuter法对脊髓感觉运动反射功能评分,并取脊髓组织切片行苏木精-伊红染色,观察神经细胞形态改变。结果:腰动脉结扎脊髓缺血术后1,3,7dJacobs分级和Reuter分值差异无显著性意义,脊髓组织苏木精-伊红染色神经元的空泡变性、核固缩的程度和范围于术后1d已趋于稳定。结论:采用腹膜后入路结扎腰动脉的方法可建立稳定而科学的脊髓缺血损伤模型。
AIM:To establish a stable spinal cord ischemia model of rabbit and to investigate its scientific significance. METHODS:After lumbar arteries were ligated in retroperitoneum,24 rabbits were divided into 3 groups (group A∶1 day after lumbar arteries ligation; group B: 3 days after lumbar arteries ligation; group C∶7 days after lumbar arteries ligation). The grade of hindlimb function was assayed with Jacobs method,and the kinetic, sensory function of spinal reflex was scored with Reuter method, and HE stained the spinal cord section to observe the formation changes of neural cells. RESULTS:The Jacobs grade and Reuter score of 1 day,3 days, 7 days after lumbar arteries ligation had no remarkable differences.The vacuolation,the degree and scope of karyopyknosis of HE stained neurons had a stable tendenly 1 day after operation. CONCLUSION:The method of lumbar arteries ligation in retroperitoneum can establish a stable and scientific model of spinal cord injury.
