摘要
目的 制作一种新的家兔脊髓缺血损伤模型 ,观察其行为功能改变。 方法 以选择性阻断腰动脉制作腰髓缺血损伤模型 ,32只家兔随机均分为对照组 ,缺血 30 ,6 0及 90min组。采用Jacobs法对家兔后肢功能评级 ,Reuter法对脊髓感觉运动反射功能评分。 结果 再灌注 1d时 ,缺血 30min家兔轻瘫 ,缺血 6 0 ,90min家兔全部 (8/ 8)发生完全性截瘫。Reuter分值变化趋势为缺血 90min组 >缺血 6 0min组 >缺血 30min组 >对照组。 结论 选择性阻断腰动脉血流 30 ,6 0 ,90min可以模拟出轻、中、重不同程度局部脊髓缺血再灌注损伤。本模型是一种较理想的脊髓缺血损伤模型。
Objective To make a new ischemic injury model of spinal cord and investigate function changes of behavior in rabbits. Methods The ischemic injury model of spinal cord was created by the selective occlusion of lumbar arteries in 32 rabbits,which were randomly and equally divided into four groups, i.e. control group, ischemia for 30 minutes, ischemia for 60 minutes and ischemia for 90 minutes. The function of hind extremities was evaluated by the Jacobs method; and the sensory, motor and reflex functions of spinal cord were scored through the Reuter method. Results A mild paralysis was noted in the ischemia for 30 minutes group from one day perfusion, but the complete paralysis of all rabbits happened in the two groups of ischemia for 60 minutes and ischemia for 90 minutes. The Reuter's score in the order from the highest to the lowest was ischemia for 90 minutes, ischemia for 60 minutes,ischemia for 30 minutes and control group. Conclusions Mild, moderate and severe reperfusion injury of regional spinal cord ischemia can be simulated by the selective occlusion of lumbar artery for 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes respectively. It is a very good model of ischemic injury in spinal cord.
