摘要
本文报道利凡诺的致突变研究。利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产,是安全、有效的。经Ames法TA97、TA98、TA100和TA102菌株±S9mix试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核试验和中国仓鼠肺细胞(CHL)染色体畸变试验。结果:利凡诺无诱发小鼠骨髓PCE微核和染色体畸变的增加作用。但发现利凡诺在TA98菌株+S9mix时为阳性,显示了潜在诱变性,表明它在原核生物中是1种细菌致突变剂。
This study reported the results of mutagcnicity test of rivanol. Rivanol has been used to induce therapeutic abortions in midpregnacy and is considered safe and effecitive. The strains TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102 with or without S9 mix in the Ames test, the micronucleus assay of polychromatic erythrocytes in mice, the chromosome aberration assay were measured, The results demonstated that rivanol would not be to induce mutagcnicity in the micronucleus assay and the chromosome aberration assay. but the findings reported here thet the rivanol showed potent mutagenicity for strain TA98, is a bacterial mutagcn, at lest in procaryotes.
