摘要
综述了果胶酶的分类 ,及其酶活测定方法 ;产碱性果胶酶的微生物及嗜碱细菌生理活动 ;
Alkaline pectinase was introduced into the textile industry and applications of the enzymes in the bioscouring of cotton fabrics were developed. In this article, the category of pectinase and the test methods were described. The microorganisms producing alkaline pectinase and basophilic bacteria, relating to physiology, were also introduced.
