摘要
本文对萝卜软腐欧文氏菌(ErwiniaCarotovora)生产碱性果胶酶条件进行了研究。结果表明:该菌株的最佳产酶及生长的培养基组成为:果胶0.30%,谷氨酸钠0.90%,硫酸铱0.10%,磷酸二氢钾0.30%,磷酸氢二钠0.10%,硫酸镁0.010%及氯化钙0.010%。其最适发酵(摇瓶)条件为:起始酸度pH7.2~7.6,温度28℃,摇瓶转速180rpm,接种量5%(v/v)及放罐周期10小时。
