自产碱性果胶酶的酶学性质与精练应用 被引量:6

摘要 采用枯草芽抱杆菌WSH03-06发酵生产碱性果胶酶,在前期实验室发酵研究条件优化的基础上,对所产碱性果胶酶进行了初步的分离纯化并对其酶学性质进行了研究,用所产碱性果胶酶对棉织物进行精练预处理,与传统的碱精练对进对比,用自产碱性果胶酶精练可以对织物的性能有一定的改善。 Bacillus subtilis WSH03-06 was used for fermentation of alkaline pectinase, on the basis of the pre-fermentation laboratory studies,the preliminary purification and the characterization were studied, compared with the traditional pretreatment process,the process conditions for cotton fabric using self-made alkaline pectinase can improve the cotton fabric.
