摘要
对放线菌产生的果胶酶进行了分离纯化,获得了电泳纯的组份E1。并对E1的最适作用pH、温度,pH、温度及贮存稳定性,分子量、等电点、km、Vm、氨基酸组成、裂解酶活、水解酶活进行了研究。
in this paper, the authors have purified the pectinase produced by actinomyces and obtained E1 component with a homogeneous state. Meanwhile they have studied the optimum t℃,the optimum pH, the stability of t℃, pH and storage, etc.
