摘要
转换企业机制是搞活我国粮食工业企业的关键。企业机制应分二大类:一类是用于反映国家、市场与企业本质联系的经营机制;一类是用于反映企业内部管理要素本质联系的管理机制。本文从当前我国粮食工业企业传统机制存在的问题着手,剖析某些影响企业机制转换的传统观念,提出与改善企业外部环境有关的政策建议,对建立和完善企业内部管理机制进行研究。
Transforming enterprise mechanism is the crux enlivening the grainindus-trial enterprise in China. Enterprise mechanism ought to be divided into two types: One is the operation mechanism reflecting the essential relation among state, markets and enterprise, the other is the management mechanism reflecting the essential relation of management elements in an enterprise. From the present problems about the traditional mechanism of the grain-industrial enterprise in China, this article analyses some traditional ideas affecting the transformation of enterprise mechanism, raises suggestions about the policies related to improving the outside environment of enterprise and makes researches on establishing and perfecting the inside management mechanism of enterprise.
