贮藏花生种子茉莉酸甲酯处理与黄曲霉污染关系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以花生(ArachishypogaeaL.)汕油523、粤油79、湛油30为试验材料,在干燥器中分别用LiCl、MgCl2饱和溶液使隔层储存的种子的含水量(质量分数)分别降至2.82%、4 96%,用1mmol/L的茉莉酸甲酯处理后开放式贮存3个月,接种黄曲霉孢子并测定蛋白酶抑制剂(pro teinaseinhibitor,PI)、脂肪氧化酶(lipoxygenase,LOX)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(phenylalanineammonia lyase,PAL)的活性。结果表明茉莉酸甲酯处理后提高了PI、LOX和PAL活性。不同含水量有相似的结果。 Water content of peanut( Arachis hypogaea L.) seeds is 2.82%,4.96%(mass fraction) respectivily after being treated with saturated LiCl and MgCl_(2) solution.The peanut seeds Shan You 523,Yue You 79,Zhan You 30 were treated with 1 mmol/L methyl jasmonate (MJ) and were stored for 3 months.Following that treatment the peanut seeds were cultured with Aspergillus flavus for a few days. The seeds were used to investigate the activity of the enzymes responsible for resistance.The results indicated MJ promoted peanuts resistance to Aspergillus flavus by increazing the activities of proteinase inhibitor,lipoxygenase,phenylalanine ammonia-lyase.
