茉莉酸甲酯诱导烟草幼苗抗炭疽病与PAL活性及细胞壁物质的关系 被引量:82

The Relationship Between Methyl Jasmonate Induced Anthracnose Resistance of Tobacco Seedlings and Phenylalanine Ammonia lyase Activity and Cell Wall Substances

摘要 探讨了茉莉酸甲酯(methyljasmonate,MeJa)诱导烟草幼苗抗炭疽病与苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性、木质素和富含羟脯氨酸蛋白(HRGP)含量的关系。MeJa处理烟草幼苗不仅可以提高幼苗抗炭疽病的能力,而且明显提高幼苗的PAL活性、木质素和HRGP含量;3个不同抗性品种的烟草幼苗的PAL酶活性、木质素和HRGP含量三者与感病程度之间的负相关都达到显著水平,表明PAL、木质素和富含羟脯氨酸蛋白(HRGP)在茉莉酸甲酯诱导抗病中起关键作用。 Three varieties of tobacco ( Nicotiana tabacum L.) seedlings at 4 leaf stage were inoculated with spores(10 8/ml) of Colletotrichum destrustivum O'Gara after or before treatment with methyl jasmonate (Me Ja). Phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) activity, hydroxyproline rich glycoprotein (HRGP) and lignin contents were determined on the following days. Me Ja treatment not only increased the seedlings' resistance to anthracnose, but also significantly increased their PAL activity(Figs.1A,2A), HRGP contents(Figs.1B,2B) and lignin(Fig.3). The resistance to anthracnose of three tobacco varieties was found to be significantly negatively correlated with the three parameters studied(Table 1). It is considered that the PAL, lignin and HRGP are involved in the induction of disease resistance by Me Ja.
