摘要
从系统论角度对酒店管理专业实习测评及其实施与管理进行全方位阐述和探讨。明确了测评对象和测评方法,从实习管理的组织机构、实习计划的制定和实施、测评指标体系的建立等方面进行了论述,克服了过去重校内轻校外、重课程轻实习、重学生轻教师、重个体轻整体的做法,使实习的工作规范性大为增强,真正成为教学管理中的重要环节,保证培养目标的实现。
Based on the system theory,the paper expounds the evaluation implementation and management for the hotel management trainees,making sure of the evaluation objects and methods.Also,the trainee management organization,the training plan and the evaluation target system are discussed here.Thus,we can improve the training,making it an important part of the teaching management and ensuring the realization of cultivation targets.
