摘要
本文从总结我校酒店管理专业实习工作的角度出发，简述了开展专业实习的效果，指出专业实习是实现培养目标必不可少的一个环节，也是理论教学的重要补充；文章结合我校酒店管理专业实习工作的实际，主要从实习时间的合理安排、实习地点的选择及实习基地建设、实习的教育管理工作等问题阐述了个人意见。
This paper summarizes the field work of hotel managemen majors of the Faculty of Economics and Manage- ment, briefly presents the importance of field work, and concludes that field work is not only a necessary pat of the programme but an important complementary element for teaching of theories. Basing his analysis on the faculty's field work, the author presents his views on arrangement of field work, selection of places for field work, the establishement of field work bases, and management of field work.
