摘要
用文献计量学的方法,对近5年CNKI所收录的研究酒店管理教育类的论文和作者进行统计分析,结果表明:我国学者对酒店管理教育的研究越来越重视,其中以有一定工作基础的中青年教师为中坚力量,但是有相当一部分作者对酒店管理教育缺乏持续的研究,而且以单独思考发表研究成果仍然是主要的科学研究开展方式。我国酒店管理教育研究的主要阵地集中在旅游类期刊方面,在地区分布上也呈现出不平衡状态,研究论文的主题主要集中在酒店管理教育课程教学研究、酒店管理教育培养模式研究、酒店管理教育教学改革研究、酒店管理教育国际情况介绍等方面。
This paper uses literature statistics to do a statistical analysis of CNKI＇s theses（as well as their authors） on hotel management education which have been published for recent 5 years and presents several results.The first result shows that experts in China have conducted unprecedented research into hotel management education;among them are the young as well as middle-aged teachers who have hands-on experience and who lead the research in this regard.The second result shows that a certain number of experts in this field have not carried out an on-line research and their research is characterised with individualism rather than team-ism.The third result indicates that the theses on hotel management education are published mainly in the journals of tourism and the contributors are only from a few regions.The last result indicates that the field covered by the theses is unexceptionally related to curriculum,training model,pedagogy and international development.
