摘要
酒店管理专业是一个操作性很强的专业,不但要做好校内实训教学,还要做好校外酒店实习工作,让学生切实掌握酒店的业务流程和操作技能。毕业实习正是在学生已掌握基础理论知识和基本操作技能的基础上进一步加强其业务操作能力和酒店管理能力,以及处理各种实际问题的能力,使学生在就业前已经基本具备酒店工作人员的各种能力和素质。
Hospitality management is a specialty with high operability. In order to help students grasp the business progress of hospitality and operation skills,we should not only finish experimental training teaching in school but also undertake internship programs outside school. Based on the fundamental theoretical knowledge and operable skills that they have grasped in school,internship program is to strengthen undergraduates abilities in business operation,hospitality management,handling various practical problems so that they can be processed with all kinds of competences and qualities of hotel staff.
