摘要
通过对无纹紫背苔(PlagiochasmaintermediumLindb.etGott.)、石地钱(Rebouliahemisphaerica(L.)Raddi.)、粗裂地钱(MarchantiapaleaceaBertol.)和蛇苔(Conocephalumconicum(L.)Dum.)4种苔类植物的叶状体横切观察,证明它们的气孔类型、气室层数、营养丝的有无及同化组织所占的比例等特征因种类不同而有明显差异,这些特征可以作为科、属和种的分类依据.苔类植物叶状体的形态结构因生长环境不同也有一定的差异.
The structure of thalluses of four hepaticarum(Plagiochasma intermedium,Conocephalum conicum,Reboulia hemisphaerica,Marchantia paleacea)were observed.The result indicated that the characteristics including the types of stoma,layers of air chamber,the cell shape of assimilation tissue and the proportion of parenchyma showed obviously different according to varied species.These characteristics are useful to identify family,genus or species.The structure of thalluses maybe connect with the habitat.
