摘要
通过硅胶和葡聚糖凝胶LH-20柱色谱分离纯化，得到了粗裂地钱中的三种黄酮化合物：4′，5，6-三羟基-3′，7-二甲氧基黄酮（1），5，7，4′-三甲氧基黄酮（2）和5，7，4’-三羟基黄酮（3）。三种黄酮的分子结构由质谱和核磁共振鉴定，其中4′，5，6．三羟基．3′，7-二甲氧基黄酮和5，7，4′．三甲氧基黄酮为首次从粗裂地钱中分离得到。关键词：粗裂地钱；4’，5，6．三羟基-3′，7-二甲氧基黄酮；5，7，4＇-三甲氧基黄酮；5，7。
Three flavonoids were isolated from Marcha tiazmc by chromatography on silica gel column and Sephadex LH- 20 column. The obtained compounds were identified as 4′, 5,6-trihydroxyl-3′, 7-dimethoxyflavone （ 1 ）, 5,7,4′-trimethoxyflavone （2）, 5,7,4′-trihydroxylflavone （3） by analysis of their ESI-MS, 1H and 13 C NMR. 5,7,4′-Trimethoxyflavone and 4′,5,6-Trihydroxyl-3′ ,7-dimethoxyflavone were first obtained from Marcha tiazmc.
