摘要
对2种苔藓植物,即粗裂地钱MarchantiapaleaceaBertol.、拟三列叶真藓Bryumpseudotri quetrum(Hedw.)P.Gaertn.的染色体进行了观察计数.研究结果表明:粗裂地钱和拟三列叶真藓的染色体数分别是9和10,与国外报道的同种类的染色体研究结果相一致.
In the world,the study on the Bryophyte chromosome began 100 years ago.The chromosome numbers of more than 1?800 species have been reported.In China,it is in 1988 that the field was explored for the first time.The authors explored the field preliminarily and the result shows that:the chromosome number of Marchantia paleacea and Bryum pseudotriquetrum are 9 and 10 desperately.
